Returns & Refunds
We want you to love your Ferayd purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, you may return most unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 30 days of delivery for a refund.
How to Initiate a Return:

Email us at service@ferayd.com with your order number and reason for return

We'll provide a prepaid return label (US customers only)

Pack items securely in original packaging

Ship back within 14 days of receiving return approval
*Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 3-5 business days after we receive your return.*
Exchanges
Yes! We offer exchanges for:

How to Exchange an Item:

Contact us at service@ferayd.com within 30 days of delivery

Specify the new size/color you'd like

We'll provide return instructions and process your exchange once we receive the original item

You'll receive email confirmation when your exchange ships
Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on exchanges unless the item was defective or incorrect.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:

Contact us immediately at service@ferayd.com (within 7 days of delivery)

Include photos of the damage/defect and your order number

We'll arrange for a free return and send a replacement at no cost

If the item is out of stock, we'll issue a full refund
Important Notes:

Final sale items (marked "non-returnable") cannot be returned or exchanged

Return shipping is free for US customers; international customers pay return shipping unless the return is due to our error

Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Please allow 1-2 weeks for us to process your return after we receive it
